Software Integration for Interactive Company

Managed the Implementation of a Saleslogix software platform. The project integrated the entire company on to one platform. It started with the sales process component that included lead management, sales performance, proposals, and pipeline information. The sales information fed into the project management component. The project management component then split the entire project into tasks. The tasks are queued to the areas responsible such as Creative, Copy, and IT. The task are in each area’s work flow and tracked to completion. After a project is marked complete, all the information is available for the billing, accounting, and finance. This project required managing outside vendors, mapping of entire business process flow for all departments, software GAP analysis. testing plans, quality assurance testing, risk assessment, contingency plans, and developing and training staff. This was done to ensure a smooth rollout and limit business risk. The project was delivered On-time within an extremely tight time frame in order to meet the CEO’s expectation.
